CHILDREN at Jellybabies Nursery in Longbridge have been helping people in need, by bringing in tins of food to be donated to the homeless.
Staff, parents and pupils took part in an interactive harvest festival this week, where children were taught about the ways in which they can help those less fortunate than themselves in their community.
During the service at Longbridge Methodist Church, pupils participated in the story of the Little Red Hen, by acting out animal sounds, and learnt the value of helping others.
Every child was awarded a well done certificate for taking part and for their generous donations.
