Revisit the steam era in central Wales with Bromsgrove Railway Club
MEMBERS of Bromsgrove Railway Club will be taking a look into the Central Wales line later this month with a talk from Michael Clenems, whose father first began photographing the line in the 1950s.
Michael will be showing his collection of cine-film and slides to the club, which show the line from Craven Arms to Swansea, and will hopefully provide a chance for members to relive the steam era.
The meeting is taking place on Wednesday, May 11 at St Godwald’s Church Hall in Aston Fields. Doors will open at 7.15pm with the presentation due to start at 7.45pm.
