THE Primrose Hospice is on the look out for keen cyclists willing to take on the challenge of cycling from London to Surrey as part of a 100 mile charity trip.
The popular 2015 Prudential Ride London-Surrey, is now closed to further entries, and had to turn away more than 80,000 applicants, but Primrose Hospice has five guaranteed places for people willing to help raise money for its charity.
The ride take cyclists from London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, following a 100-mile route on closed roads through the capital, before heading out into the Surrey countryside.
Complete with strenuous climbs and covering some of the route used by cyclists during the London 2012 Olympics, the sponsorship will go toward helping Primrose Hospice provide support services to people with life-limiting illnesses.
Anyone interested in taking part in the ride, should contact Sarah in fundraising at the hospice by writing to sarah@primrose.org or calling 01527 889796. Entries need to be received by Wednesday, May 6.
