BROMSGROVE residents are being invited to a VE parade being held in May.
Those taking part in the event on Sunday, May 10, are asked to gather at the top of High Street, near Argos, from noon.
The parade starts at 12.25pm travelling along High Street, giving eyes left to the Oddfellows' memorial.
It then turns right into Church Street, crossing Market Street to Church Close, and then to the War Memorial.
A short service will be held and after the Last Post, Exhortation and Reveille, wreaths will be laid by the main organisations.
After the service the parade will disperse and all those taking part in the parade, are invited to the Millfield Club, in Millfield Road where light refreshments will be provided.
