YOUNGSTERS from a Droitwich school have been getting increasingly frantic this week.
Frantic Assembly, one of the UK's leading touring theatre companies, visited Droitwich Spa High School to hold a physical theatre workshop last Wednesday, (September 19).
Dance and drama students took part, and the youngsters were given an insight into the rehearsal methods of a professional company.
In October the pupils will watch the company’s new show Beautiful Burnout, which has received recognition at the Edinburgh Festival.
The school’s head of drama, Keira Lapsley, said: "We were really lucky to have such a high profile company coming into school to work with the students.
“It will give the students lots of new ideas for their own practice.
“I am especially keen for them to see how theatre can use a range of techniques to tell stories.
“I am sure the students are going to love Frantic Assembly’s latest show.’
