Droitwich burglary teen given bail but must comply with curfew
8:30am Tuesday 11th September 2012 in News
A TEENAGER who pleaded guilty to burglary at a house in Droitwich was granted bail by a judge but must keep to an overnight curfew.
Daniel Bullock, aged 18, of Bays Meadow, Droitwich, admitted the raid in Broad Meadow in June this year.
He stole a wallet containing £120, a brandy gift set and cans of beer, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Bailing him for a pre-sentence report, Judge John Cavell said he would be dealt with at a date to be fixed.
The curfew is electronically-monitored and Bullock was ordered not to enter Broad Meadow.
Defending, Jason Patel said Bullock had previous dwelling burglaries on his record and an offence of robbery.
The case of a co-defendant went to the youth court. He was given a 12-month rehabilitation order.
