The popular Stoke Prior Steam Rally, previously known as the Hanbury Steam Rally, is set to again feature a variety of impressive vehicles, engines and attractions.

This year the event will be incorporating the Hanbury Vintage Country Show, which had to be cancelled in August due to the heavy rainfall.

At the rally, there will be more than 100 vintage and classic cars, along with commercial vehicles, motorbikes and cycles, tractors, military vehicles.

There will also be various model displays and a selection of miniature steam engines and vehicles.

The rally will provide fun for all the family with a fun dog show organised by Birch Hill Dog Rescue, a display by the Celestine Dog Agility Team, and a flying display by the Berkley Owls.

The audience will be able to participate in the Ferret World Road Show as children will be able to race against the ferrets.

Kondini, the human toolbox and fire eater will be appearing, as will the Lincoln County Regulators Wild West Group, who will be performing a wild west shootout.

The event, being held at Little Intall Fields in Stoke Pound Lane, off Hanbury Road, between September 14-16, also includes market stalls, a vintage auction, a beer tent and refreshments.

Admission costs £7 for adults, £6 for seniors, children £3. A family ticket for four costs £14.

Admission is half price on Friday, and car parking is free throughout the weekend.
