Charity to hold Olympic-inspired events

First published in News

A CHARITY that supports adults with learning disabilities is holding Olympic-inspired events in the area.

Speakeasy NOW will run courses in canoeing at Upton Warren Outdoor Education Centre, Wychbold, on Tuesday, September 18.

The intention of the programme is to introduce people to new activities and enable them to take up an activity which is both fun and beneficial to their health and lifestyle.

The Droitwich-based charity is also running courses in archery and air rifle shooting at Top Barn Centre, near Hallow, on Monday, September 17.

Anyone wishing to take part in either event can find out more by contacting Terry Holland at the Speakeasy office in Droitwich Spa on 01905 774247.
