BUSINESSES from across Worcestershire spent the day in Parliament to show off their produce to MPs.
Worcester MP Robin Walker was one of several politicians to organise Worcestershire Day.
Suppliers of food and drink items such as cider, pear juice, honey, fruit, vegetables and Heinz, the manufacturers of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, all took part in the market-style event.
About 50 MPs and ministers paid them a visit, including Chancellor George Osborne, and buyers from big name retailers such as Tesco.
Destination Worcestershire, which aims to encourage more business to relocate in the county, and Worcestershire County Council also had stalls.
Mr Walker said: βIt has been wonderful to celebrate some of the best that Worcestershire has to offer in Parliament.
βI hope many of the exhibitors have made contacts that will help their businesses to flourish and grow.β
