Police had reports about concerns for a man's safety.
A MAN has been taken to hospital after a member of the public reported concerns for his safety.
A call was received by West Mercia Police at 4.36pm, about a man at a flat in Phoenix Court in New Street, Worcester city centre.
Officers and paramedics from West Midlands Ambulance Service were on the scene in moments, and a man taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
A police spokesman said: “We had a report to Phoenix Court from a member of the public about concerns for safety of a resident.
“A man has been taken to hospital.”
