A WALK to help commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee will take place in the town.
The Droitwich Spa Diamond Jubilee Walk will be held on Tuesday, June 5.
An eight mile circular walk will start at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre, Briar Mill, at 9.30am.
Participants will be able to take in sights including the town’s barge canal, Coney Meadow reed beds, the ancient hamlet of Salwarpe, Hadzor village, the Birmingham-Worcester canal, the newly-restored junction canal and Vines Park.
The walk will end at the leisure centre at around 2pm.
Everyone is welcome, no booking is required but no dogs are allowed.
