Children enjoy traditional maypole dancing

CHILDREN from a Droitwich pre-school group enjoyed traditional maypole dancing.

Youngsters from the Salvation Army Pre-School, Union Lane, gathered together to take part in the folk dance on Wednesday, May 2.

Teacher Helga Welbourne said: “The children had a great time and were really good at the maypole dancing. The teachers also joined in and everyone had lots of fun throughout the day.”
