AN Elmbridge garden with a wealth of special features will be open for the National Gardens Scheme (NGS) on Saturday, May 12.
Charles and Carlo Caddick’s charming garden at New House Farm in Elmbridge Lane, has a number of rare trees and shrubs under planted with unusual bulbs and herbaceous plants.
The special features include a ‘Perry Wheel’, ornamental vegetable gardens, a water garden, dry garden, rose garden, mews, the retreat, a potager and a greenhouse. Topiary and tropical plants complete the effect.
There is also a new plant nursery with many exotics for sun and shade.
Refreshments will be available and there will be plants for sale.
Admission to the garden, which will welcome visitors from 2 -5pm, costs £4 for adults.
