I CAN only apologise to David Barlow, the present leader of New Labour councillors in opposition, for having caused him confusion over the contents of my letter of November 3, and thereby sending him into a New Labour "spin."
However, as was intended, the Worcester voters who have spoken to me, completely understood my observations.
