AN allegation of aggravated burglary at a Kidderminster home is to go before a crown court judge.
Brendan Stevens, 32, of Upton Road, Kidderminster, is accused of being armed with a craft knife and a two foot length of wood and entering another house in Upton Road, intending to inflict grievous bodily harm.
He is also charged with threatening to kill Michelle Clark and to damage her home.
Stevens was bailed to live at Tamworth and to stay out of Kidderminster until he appears in court on January 8.
