A RISING pop band explode into the spotlight at a Kidderminster nightclub this week.
Blast will take centre stage at Time tomorrow and Saturday.
The three-piece all boy group are taking part in this year's Battle of the Bands competition, which includes Kidderminster groups The Murmur and UXB.
They won the London heat of the contest and are through to the final stages of the event, which take place early next year.
Blast are made up of 18-year-old Rob from Surrey, 17-year-old Joey from Reading and 19-year-old Warren from Scotland.
After their visit to Kidderminster, Blast will be performing at the Pop 2000 event at Birmingham's NEC which includes S Club 7, Victoria Beckham and Dane Bowers, Steps and A1 on the bill.
You can catch them on stage at Time at 9.30pm on each night.
Clubbers at the venue also have the opportunity to watch a George Michael tribute act on Saturday.
The Ladies and Gentleman show begins at 11.30pm.
