BRITISH LEGION WOMENS SECTION: The March meeting was held in the Betteridge Room. Mr Gordon Ottewell gave a talk accompanied with slides entitled Cotswold Curiosities, and was thanked by Mrs Brown. Hostesses for the evening were Mrs H Cragg, Mrs D Collins and Mrs M Carter. Monthly prize was won by Mrs J Holder.
Next meeting, April 3, speaker, Pauline Smith Flower Collage, hostesses A Clark, A Crowther, M Gregg. Monthly prize Mrs H Cragg.

RBL: Royal British Legion Standard Bearer's Competition - Sedgeberrow branch Standard bearer Emma Kearsey retained her West Midland Women's Section Regional title competing against six other county winners at Hereford last Saturday. She now goes forward to compete for the National title at the Women's Section Annual Conference in Blackpool on April 30.
