THE Ashton Players take to the stage this week for their annual pantomime.
This year's show runs with the novel title, Cinderella or From Ashton With Love, and is at a new time of year for the players, who normally stage their shows in January or February, but have moved it back this time.
This year's cast, directed by John Beach, includes almost 20 adults and 30 children.
The play is on at Ashton-under-Hill village hall at 7.30pm today, tomorrow and Saturday. There is also a 2.30pm matinee on Saturday.
Tickets cost £4.50 for adults (£3 concessions) and are available from the village Post Office or on 01386 881603 .
