HOCKEY: Stourport U-16s wrapped up the Worcestershire League title for a second season in a row with a game still to play.
The visitors squeezed the winning goal with two minutes left of an exciting end-to-end 7-6 win at Old Halesonians.
Sub Andrew Bickerton scored the winner and Phil Baldwin struck two goals, including a superb solo back-flick.
Also on the scoresheet were Luke Martin, Dan Packwood, Gareth Whale and man-of-the-match Michael Shaw.
Other squad members: James Terry, Chris Pardoe, Michael Willetts, Alastair Rosie, Adam Crouch and Rob Farmer.
l Stourport U-14s won the Worcestershire Seven-a-side finals for the first time since 1997.
They overcame teams from Droitwich and Worcester, drew with King's Heath and beat rivals Kidderminster 4-2.

l Worcestershire champions Stourport U-11s go to Coventry at the weekend for the Midlands finals of the National U-11s.
l Trophies will be presented at the club's inaugural junior presentation evening on Friday, April 12, at Stourport Sports Club.
