PLANS to build a 15 metre high mobile phone mast with dishes and equipment cabins at Severn Trent's pumping station at Worcester Road, Stourport, have been announced.
Applicant Orange also plans to extend an existing 15 metre mast at Habberley Golf Course in Kidderminster by five metres.
