A MOTHER whose children had been taken into care hated the social services officials responsible, she told police.
She tried to burn down the service's day centre at Foley Park, Kidderminster, magistrates heard.
The police found paper soaked in lighter fuel stuffed into the letterbox and fire damage to the doors.
The court made a supervision order for a year on Tracy White, 40, of Broomy Crescent, Stourport, and directed that she should co-operate with counselling.
White admitted causing damage by fire and was ordered to pay £50 compensation to Worcestershire County Council and £55 costs.
