THE Canal Series was fished at St George's and Parks Section in Worcester and excellent results were recorded for canal fishing.
There were 27 anglers in action in the four-match series of open matches and the majority of fish netted were roach and perch.
The next match takes place on Saturday, March 30 at the usual Cavalier pub venue at 9am.
Tunnel Barn Farm
ALL Pools are now back in full swing after the cold winds of last week and big carp are showing on all lakes.
Double figure carp on maggot have been taken from the Top Pool, while one weighing more than 20lbs was taken on the Bottom Pool along with a perch weighing 3lbs.
Pegs 12-17 are fishing well on House One with plenty of carp netted up to 10lbs.
The Canal has been fishing well for roach, perch and bream with the hot pegs 10-22.
