Redditch United manager Steve Tayler says he will have to call on his reserves ahead of this Sunday's League Cup clash with Southam (ko 2pm), writes David Lawrence.
Redditch suffered a 5-2 defeat at the hands of visitors Leafield Athletic on Sunday - a result that keeps the Birmingham side at the top of the table.
Hayley Evans and Natalie Plant were on target for United but there was no way back after the visitors cruised into a 4-1 half-time lead. Manager Tayler said: "We gave a good performance but were outplayed on the day.
"We have a lot of injuries at the moment and I will be calling on the reserves ahead of this week's game. But it will be difficult for them because they will have to gel as a team after just one training session," he added.
