IT was fours all round during Tuesday afternoon's racing programme at Hereford and Sedgefield.

A trio of lesser known trainers landed a quartet of fourth places with Stratford's Robin Dickin leading the way with two finishers just outside the places.

Joint favourite Sham-pooed led the way at Hereford and, after Welford trainer Bar-bara Waring's Nor-thern Trio was pulled upt in a Maiden Hur-dle, Bobs Best finished fourth in a Handicap Hurdle race.

Quick Response for Paxford trainer Milton Harris, with Moreton jockey Ollie McPhail on board, landed fou-rth spot in a Handicap Chase, while Tony Carroll's NDRs Cash for Fun was an 11/2 fourth-placed finisher in at Sedge-field.

Cotswolds jockey Warren Marston landed a double at the same track after steering Jalons Star to victory in the opener, Marston survived a stewards' enquiry as Keen to the Last got the better of three rivals in a Han-dicap Chase.
