MAYOR of Droitwich, Maureen Lawley, met members of the Inner Wheel at the group's 48th meeting, held at the Raven Hotel.
The group, which is made up of the wives, partners and relatives of the Rotary Club, had a successful afternoon tea.
The Inner Wheel has selected a number of charities to benefit this year, including Acorns Children's Hospice in Worcester.
A gardener's question time is the next fund-raising event, due to take place on Friday, April 19, at the Community Hall, Droitwich.
