ALL children up to 11 years of age are invited to join in the egg hunt to be held on Easter Monday, April 1. The fun begins at 11.30am in the gardens of the Colwall Park Hotel. Following on from the egg hunt, mums, dads and any other adults will be able to enter the Easter bonnet parade to be held in the Lantern Bar at midday. First prize for the best bonnet is dinner for two at the Park Hotel.
The Friends of Colwall C of E Primary School are holding a family beetle drive on Friday, March 22 at 6.30pm in the Village Hall. There will be a raffle, a children's and an adult's bar. Sandwiches and snacks will be available to be purchased. Tickets available from Liz Hallam on 541148. Adults £2 and children £1. Children must be accompanied by an adult. All proceeds will go to school funds.
Anyone wishing to donate a lily in memory of a loved one to St James Church this Easter, please contact Jenni Griggs on 540533. As last year, the lilies will cost £3.
