Compered by a convincing John Cleese look-a-like, the show's first act was the powerhouse Marade as Cher.
Successive performers continued to demonstrate fantastically professional singing including a lip-smackingly, gorgeous young Elvis who lent a new edge to the sex god with touchingly choreographed routines.
Climaxing the whole evening as Tina Turner, Andy Boucher was hilarious grimacing in short red dress, high heels and Kachagoogoo wig.
If there is any criticism it should be directed toward the show's length, particularly the second half where the singers, as themselves, covered a host of songs better suited for venues where people can dance, drink and chatter.
However, the show will surely be a hit on the touring circuit, particularly if it goes to Los Gatos in America as the production team, led by Bromyard men Henry Carson and Alan Richard, hope.
