HOW many people throughout the world would display their national flag upside down and have it publicly accepted without comment?
There are more than 20 different countries in the world which contain the Union Jack in their national flag - the correct way up. So surely, in this year of the Jubilee celebrations, the Commonwealth Games, athletics, football and all other national and international events where we display the flags, let's make sure we all show the UK national flag right way up.
"How can we extol thee, who were born of thee"? For starters, why not get the flag the right way up.
