MALVERN Town entertain Ettingshall HT in the Express and Star West Midlands League tomorrow (Saturday), kick-off 2.45.

The game was originally scheduled for Ettingshall, but the Black Country side's pitch is not available and they have agreed to switch the game to Malvern, as the two sides have not yet met.

Boss Joey Rawle will be without the suspended Dave Cannon and Dean Roberts, who played at Westfields despite not being fully fit, will face a last minute fitness test.

Wes Joyce and Rick Halion are also expected to return to the squad and Mark Taylor is recalled from the Reserves.

Rawle will select from: Alden, Higgins, Davies, Cotterill, Clayton, Mclean, Halion, Ward, Walker, Stevenson, Thomas, Hooper, Roberts, Holmans, Joyce, Hughes and Taylor.

Town Reserves, who were due at home to Ludlow Reserves in the Express and Star West Midlands League Division One (South) on Saturday, were due to play the fixture last night (Thursday) hoping to follow up their excellent 5-0 success at Lye Town Reserves last Saturday which saw Barry Hughes bag a hat-trick and Steve Hancocks net twice.

The Reserves Evesham Hospital Cup Final against Littleton, will be played on Saturday May 4th at Evesham United FC. Kick-off 6.30pm.

The Under 18s suffered the cruellest of semi-final defeats in the WFA County Youth Cup last Thursday against Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough, when they lost 2-1 to an injury time goal.

Town, who had matched their opponents every step of the way, were heading for extra time, when keeper Barry Hughes was left virtually concussed from a challenge, resulting in the ball running loose and being converted for a highly controversial winner.

However, the Town youngsters got this disappointment out of their system when they trounced Evesham 5-1 in the Midland Youth League at the Langland Stadium.

Mikey Cole bagged a hat trick, whilst Steve Hancocks and Alec Smith also got on the scoresheet.

Next Thursday the Under 18's visit Pershore Town in another League fixture (7.30pm).
