KIDDERMINSTER Harriers could have as many as four key players back after injury for tomorrow's must-win Nationwide League Division Three clash against York City at Bootham Crescent (3pm).

Scott Stamps, Dean Bennett, Richie Appleby and Andy Ducros are all in contention for a place in the squad.

Left-back Stamps has been suffering from a groin injury but is regarded by Harriers boss Jan Molby as having a 'great chance' of returning to the starting line-up.

Bennett is battling to overcome a thigh problem and is hopeful of being fit in time while his fellow midfielder Richie Appleby could be named as a substitute following hamstring trouble.

Appleby has been at Lilleshall all week having intensive treatment while midfielder Ducros may join him on the bench after recovering from an ankle injury.

Striker Colin Larkin, who was a substitute for last Saturday's 1-0 defeat at promotion-chasing Luton Town because of a nagging foot injury, is now off the casualty list.

"A week with no game has done him the world of good and he's raring to go," said Molby, who believes Harriers must win tomorrow if they are to

to stand any chance of securing a play-off spot.

They go into the match in 11th place in the table, five points adrift of the play-off zone.

Harriers are bidding to complete the 'double' over York who crashed to a 4-1 defeat at Aggborough in October -- a victory which helped spark an upturn in Harriers fortunes after they had made a slow start to the season.

Molby expects a tough test, saying: "They would have had a lift by the fact that they have got a new owner, but they are playing out their season. They have got enough points now.

"They have got some capable players, but I just think that if we get after them and be really positive then we have got a chance.

"The win over them at Aggborough got our season going. It was a great display and deserved more than the 4-1. That I think gave us the confidence to go on."

Formcast: Harriers can lift their play-off hopes with a 2-1 win.
