KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are poised to bring in a goalkeeper on loan to cover for Stuart Brock who faces suspension after being sent off at Luton Town last Saturday.

The newcomer is expected to arrive at Aggborough after Harriers' Nationwide League Division Three clash against rivals Cheltenham Town at Whaddon Road on Tuesday.

Brock is set to miss Kidderminster's Easter games at home to Southend United on Saturday, March 30, and away to Bristol Rovers two days later.

His absence means Harriers will only have 18-year-old Stoke-born John Danby available to deputise.

He made his Football League debut when he took over from sent-off Brock for the final 24 minutes of Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Luton.

Aggborough boss Jan Molby has been setting up a loan deal after being given the go-ahead by the club's board of directors to bring in a temporary replacement.

Kidderminster's new chairman Colin Youngjohns said: "We realise this is an important time and we're prepared to do everything we can to help."

Molby, meanwhile, is running the rule over French-Moroccan midfielder Sam Oussama.

The youngster is from Toulouse, the former club of Kidderminster's giant central defender Abdou Sall.

Oussama has been training with Molby's men since last week and Harriers are planning to field him in Wednesday's reserve game with Rochdale.

Red tape prevents him from turning out for the reserves in this week's 5-1 Avon Insurance victory at Chesterfield when Harriers paraded a number of trialists.

They included Leicester right-back Matt Smith, Newcastle midfielder Stuart Elliott and Ross Diamond, a midfielder player who has been released recently by Birmingham.
