THE ancient art of tai chi will be the subject of a free talk and class at Oldbury Park Primary School, Oldbury Road, St John's, tomorrow evening.
No booking is needed to take part in the class, which begins at 7.30pm.
"Tai chi is enjoying great popularity now, as people realise that the only real way to escape from illness is to invest in health," said teacher Altair de Almeida, who has practised the art for 23 years.
