YOUNGSTERS at Sunnyside Preparatory School in Barbourne, Worcester, spent a fun-filled afternoon taking part in traditional May Day celebrations.
Yesterday, the children from the school on Barbourne Terrace performed a selection of traditional folk dances, which ended with dancing around the maypole.
Nine-year-old Bobbi-Lee Hine was crowned May Queen.
The role of the Green Man was taken by Sean Kettle, who is also aged nine.
