PEOPLE are invited to get set for a sponsored fun run next week as part of Astwood Bank Carnival's programme of events.
The run takes place at 11am on Sunday at the Oddfellows Arms, Astwood Bank.
Youngsters under 13 will run a one-and-a-half mile lap, while adults will be expected to run two laps.
Certificates will also be presented to those who complete the run and the first 100 home will receive a memorial mug.
Entry fees before May 11 cost £3 for adults, £1.50 for youngsters, £5 for families and £4 for adults, £2 for youngsters and £7 for families on the day. For more details, call 892925.
