SPA schoolgirl Sammy Spencer will again raise funds for charity by making a massive line of pennies.
She will repeat last year's Penny Lane event at Droitwich Spa High School's athletics track from 10am - 2pm on Friday, July 10.
This year, the money raised will be given to Acorn's Children's Hospice.
Last year, with the help of kind resident donations, Sammy managed to make line of pennies that stretched approximately 1000m.
To better that effort Sammy needs people to donate their spare pennies.
"I know it's short notice but it's really important that we help our local children's hospice. I know, as a community we can do it," said Sammy.
Anyone wanting to help can take their pennies to: Natwest Bank, Executive Cleaners, St .Richard's House, Shergill's or to Droitwich Spa High School. Alternatively you can call Sammy Spencer on 01905 794447.
"If we get 10p from every resident in Droitwich just think how much we can raise for the good cause. Their will also be a few fun activities that the school council has arranged, including refreshments and a Tombola," she added.
