Lucky escape after car overturns in crash
A DRIVER was lucky to escape with minor injuries after a head on smash left his car overturned in the middle of a busy road.
A man in his 60s was taken to hospital after the crash in Henwick Road, Worcester, on Wednesday afternoon.
Henwick Road was closed off between the junctions for Himbleton Road and Martley Road during rush hour as commuters made their way out of the city.
Eyewitnesses said a black Golf clipped the wing mirror of a parked car before hitting a Peugeot 106 which was travelling in the opposite direction.
