A MAJOR supermarket chain has revealed it will open a convenience store in Fernhill Heath.
Morrisons will be opening a Daily store in the former Fernhill Heath Spar shop on Droitwich Road after signs were put up on the building.
One large Morrison Daily sign has replaced the Spar sign on the front of the building and another stood-up sign has appeared outside.
Subway still remains in the store.
Fernhill Heath's Spar shop has been in the village since 2015 when it first opened in the former Halfway House pub.
A spokesperson for Spar said: "We can confirm that the Fernhill Heath store will no longer be trading under Spar."
