POLICE were called to a city flat after a report of harassment.
Eyewitnesses spoke of a "commotion" at Castle House in The Tything, with police and a police dog attending at 2.30pm yesterday (Monday).
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: "Officers attended the property following a report of harassment.
"Enquiries are on-going."
