A VILLAGE with a lot to offer has been put under the spotlight.

On a cold January morning the village of Crowle was showing its beauty when we took a visit.

With a population of around 1,000 residents the village sits around four miles east of Worcester.

And visitors may be surprised to learn how much is in this hidden gem of a village.

During our walkabout friendly dog walkers said "Hi" proving there it is a tight-knit village with a real community atmosphere.

During our walk around we were impressed with the charming cottages which are dotted along the road.

Down a little path is the stunning Crowle Church showing why it has been the scene of many weddings over the year.
