In the company's Malvern office, Amber McManus has joined as a sales specialist, marking her first foray into the property sector.

Recruitment for an additional sales specialist for the Droitwich office is currently underway.

The estate agent hasn’t held back in recognising the hard work of its team regarding promotions, with Molly Maguire, previously a valuation consultant, becoming assistant sales manager in the Worcester branch.

Further promotions include Eleanor Stallard, ascending from valuation consultant to valuation manager in the Malvern office, while Heather Turner, previously a sales specialist in Droitwich, has joined the new homes team as a specialist.

Matt Nicol, managing director of Nicol & Co, which has offices in Droitwich, Malvern and Worcester, said: "We're very pleased to have secured the services of Charlotte and Amber, who have bolstered our sales and personnel teams.

"We are also really impressed with the progress that Molly, Eleanor and Heather have made and are delighted to announce their well-deserved promotions."

Mr Nicol added: "We are also now in the process of taking on another new starter to fill vacancies in our sales departments."

Highlighting anticipated activity in the property sector amidst falling inflation rates and a consequent drop in mortgage interest rates, Mr Nicol remained optimistic about the future.

He said: "With our expanding team and newly promoted staff, Nicol & Co will be more than ready to handle this upturn and to continue delivering the best service to our customers."
