HAVE you ever wondered how long it might take you to sell your house?
New data has revealed the Worcester (WR) postcodes where houses are selling the fastest and the slowest.
The data taken from Property Solver tracks how long it takes for a property to sell as soon as it appears on Rightmove.
It will then track it up to when it is marked officially sold at the HM Land Registry and gather the average sale time in each area.
On the website, there is a disclaimer which mentions that it only considers the sales that have happened and not those that have fallen through.
The postcodes selling homes the quickest in Worcester are the ones that sit on the outskirts of the city.
WR7 sells homes the quickest, with an average of 98 days, which WR8 follows with 99 days.
Homes that may take longer to get off the market are in WR2, with an average of 127 days to sell a house.
