West Midlands Ambulance Service is aiming to recruit more than 400 student paramedics in 2024.
Vacancies are now open, with applications closing on January 1, 2024.
The service is seeking 424 student paramedics for various locations including Birmingham and Coventry.
Recruitment manager Louise Jones said: "Our exceptionally popular student paramedic programme opened to applicants as we work to further bolster our front-line staffing levels across the whole of our region."
