A PARTIAL lunar eclipse will be visible over the weekend.
On Saturday (October 28) we’ll be treated partial lunar eclipse, which will show part of the moon clipped by the earth’s dark umbral shadow.
The partial eclipse will be at the beginning stages at about 6pm, when the earth moves between the moon and the sun, and the shadow of our planet first falls on the lunar disk.
The main part of the eclipse and the best views will be most visible from 8.15pm.
What will the weather be like during the partial eclipse?
According to the Met Office, there will unfortunately be some rain between 5pm and midnight, which will be during the best views for the partial eclipse.
Temperatures will remain mild, between 12C to 13C, between 6pm and 9pm.
