A MAN in his 20s had a lucky escape when he clambered away uninjured after his car demolished a wall in Brierley Hill on Bank Holiday Monday.
The wall was destroyed by the impact of the collision, which happened on Stamford Road, near the junction with Waterfall Road, at around 7.45pm on Monday (May 28).
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “A man in his 20s managed to get himself out of the vehicle.
“He was assessed by paramedics but appeared uninjured and was able to be discharged at the scene.”
Flying debris from the collision struck a block of nearby flats, with reports of windows being smashed as a result, but no other parties were injured in the incident.
