THE person who died after being struck by a train in Wadborough near Pershore, was a woman in her 50s.
She was pronounced dead at the scene near the level crossing at Station Road, Wadborough, just before noon yesterday (Monday, February 19).

An air ambulance from Strensham was also in attendance.
