TOP Stourbridge bands Ned's Atomic Dustbin and The Wonder Stuff are brewing up an unusual way to mark their forthcoming tour.

The bands have joined forces with Froth Blowers Brewery Co. to create a new limited-edition beer called Ned’s Wonder.

The balanced golden ale with a floral start and a subtle caramel finish will be sold at the band’s Love From Stourbridge tour in March and April 2018.

The beer will be making its public debut at an exclusive tasting session in Stourbridge on Wednesday January 31.

The Wonder Stuff’s frontman, Miles Hunt, will be joined by Ned’s Atomic Dustbin vocalist, Jonn Penney and guitarist Rat for a celebratory acoustic set.

People who miss out on a ticket to the acoustic show can still visit the venue where the beer is being launched, which is being kept a closely guarded secret for now, to try the new ale.

Ned’s Wonder will be on sale in Stourbridge and both bands will announce on social media where people will be able to try the new tipple.

Birmingham-based brewery Froth Blowers Brewing Co.'s Will Hunt is Miles Hunt’s cousin and also a musician, and it was while they were on tour together 2017 the pair came up with the idea of developing a beer.
