FIVE people had to be assessed by paramedics after a crash on M5 between Droitwich and Worcester.
The crash between a bus and three cars took place, just after 7pm this evening (Sunday, January 7)
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Worcester and Droitwich were called to the scene on the M5 between junctions 5 and 6 (northbound).
No one was trapped following the smash.
West Midlands Ambulance Service carried out precautionary checks on five patients.
Highways England worked to remove the debris following long delays on the M5 as a result of the crash.
All lanes reopened by 9pm.
Tweeting from @HighwaysWMIDS, a spokesman from Highways England said: "Three lanes are now open #M5 Northbound J6 - J5. Accident from J6, Worcester, have now fully cleared. Thanks for your patience if you were held earlier."
