POLICE have arrested two people in connection with the theft of two minibuses from a Kidderminster school.

West Mercia Police have arrested a man and a boy in connection with the theft from the ContinU Plus Academy on Wednesday, April 12.

AN out-of-an-control destroyed a lamppost in the Black Country this weekend.

Fire crews from Brierley Hill Fire Station attended the scene in Amblecote on Saturday night (April 22). The fire service used the incident to warn motorists to drive sensibly even cracking joke by writing #niceparking.

A PERVERT from Halesowen caught with over 72,000 vile indecent photographs and films of young children has been locked up for two and a half years.

Chad Harrington, aged 51, had been attracted to young girls since he was a boy and had previously been jailed for taking indecent photos of children.

THE Redditch store of Debenhams could face an uncertain future after the new boss unveiled plans to review the future of 10 stores nationally.

As part of a turnaround strategy proposals announced by chief executive Sergio Bucher, 10 of the 176 stores nationally are being reviewed, as well as 11 warehouses. At this stage it is known the locations of the stores that face the axe during the next five years.
