ONE Direction star Louis Tomlinson is not expected to face charges over an alleged attack on a photographer at an airport, prosecutors have said.

The 25-year-old singer was arrested following the incident at Los Angeles International Airport on March 3, when he was travelling with his girlfriend Eleanor Calder.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office said Louis will be called to a hearing before the authority later this month.

The singer recently gave birth to her first child with One Direction star Liam Payne and has given an indication of how the first weeks of parenthood are going by updating her description of herself on Twitter and Instagram.

The former glamour model, whose eldest son Harvey has been the target of online abuse, started a petition demanding the Government take action over the trolls which has attracted more than 200,000 signatures.
