THE clock is ticking and the magical 5pm hour is almost upon us. So we’re back once again to give help you negotiate the traffic and get home as soon as possible.
A quick look around North Worcestershire and the Black Country has thrown up the following hot spots:
*A451 Minster Road, Stourport. Road works continue and temporary traffic lights are in operation between Kingsway and Walter Nash Road West.
*A4100 High Street, Cradley Street. Gas main works are taking place between B4173 Newtown Lane and St Anne's Road. Bus services 4M, 17, 24, 243, 289 and X10 are being diverted and will not serve the High St. A temporary stop is in use on Foxoak St.
*School Drive, Bromsgrove. Water main works are taking place on School Drive near Oakhurst Drive and temporary traffic lights are in operation.
*Sandyfields Road, Gornal. Road works are being carried out until February 20 and temporary traffic lights are in use at the junction with High Arcal Road.
